solutions to the public sector, HR and corporate markets, with over 1,000
customers and 30 years' experience.
SGK Consulting worked with the Public Services division of Northgate to implement a time recording system for over 350 staff. Based on the SharpOWL PSA application, this time recording system will provide management accurate and timely information on what projects are consuming most resources, which activities are running over budget and how much non-productive time is being spent unnecessarily.
Phase one of the project (250 users) went live in October 2004, on time and on budget and phase two (100 users) was completed in March 2005.
