Without the support of a change project office, your project managers and business analysts have nowhere to turn for advice and guidance and you may find it hard to reinforce corporate ‘best practice’.

Unfortunately, for most small companies the cost of setting up and resourcing such an office on a fulltime basis is prohibitive.

This support service provides our expertise on a regular, part time basis, to deliver this expertise in a more cost effective way. Working with your admin staff, we will ensure your change management and reporting procedures are followed and encourage continuous improvement in your staffs skills and techniques.

Typical tasks include

• Supporting your business analyst in investigating problem/opportunity
• Helping them define perspectives and model proposed solutions
• Assisting your project manager in project start-up/initiation.
• Hints & tips on MS Project planning
• Setting up project documentation library
• Supporting project management reporting
• Keeping track on benefits achievement
• Helping admin staff with general project support activities

 Working on a retainer basis of 1-4 days a week, you have the flexibility to schedule days at your offices when required or for work to be done remotely at our offices, as appropriate. And if you want a break, you can carry over days from month to month (based on consumption within 12 months from start of service)

This means that for less than the cost of a junior member of staff, you protect the investment in your change management skills and expertise and provide ongoing support to your project managers and business analysts.
